Angels

I love this series so much.  They were some of my first paintings.  When was just experimenting in my first year of painting, I picked up a 1/2 used canvas at a garage sale. The person that left it behind had just passed away.   It looked like maybe she was going to paint a portrait of someone but it was just the outline.  I started to cover the canvas to have a clean base, but while doing so the figure became an angel, and thus began the series of Angels you see here. Yes, I do believe in angels sent from heaven to watch over us.
